Up Next we are planning a new community located at 1740 13th AVE Invermere, BC.  This new location has just been submitted for re-zoning!  We are working towards three different styles of homes.

First - we are proposing 7 duplex, bungalow, double car garage homes.  These homes would enter off of 15th Ave into this quiet street.   We are planning for walk-out/sunshine basements making this the perfect home for downsizing.  Everything you need will be on the main floor and there will be an option for additional guest spaces in the lower level.

Second - we are proposing a two storey, 20 home apartment.  This cool apartment looks more like a townhome but offers an elevator to the second floor and an accessible bathroom in every suite.  A perfect rental home for mobility challenged adults or adults looking at age-in-place rental options.

Third - we are proposing 8 two storey townhouses designed for families.  The townhouses will offer a choice of single or double car garage, fenced back yards, three bedrooms up, 2.5 baths and an option for additional development space in the lower level.
