I think I’m almost as excited as the three homeowners in our first building to see construction underway!  The basement level has been constructed and early next week we look forward to seeing the upper level construction start.

The second building is also underway!  The basement has been excavated and is now ready for the footings to be prepped and installed.  It won’t be long until we have two beautiful new buildings!  This building still has one 3 bedroom home available that is planned for a fall possession date!  Come in and talk to Shauna or call 250-688-0631 if you are interested in moving into a brand new home this fall!

Many people in our community have asked whether the sales are from local folks or people from out of town.  I’m super happy to report that so far over 90% of our homeowners are local.  They are hard working waiters, managers, bartenders, park workers, and business owners.
