Our Dreams...

From dream to a reality takes a little while when you dream big!   Each community can take between one to three years from concept to shovel.  So while we don't have all the details just yet... here is a preview of the dreams we are working towards!

Lakeview Manor Expansion Concept Drawing

We are very excited about this concept.  The building is designed to house 62 suites.  The hallways and elevators would be designed for accessibility.  Within the building each floor would have a common outdoor space and an available rental suite for guests.  The suites themselves would be either 1 or 2 bedrooms and some suites would have wheelchair accessibility throughout.  Each suite would also have a balcony to ensure that everyone has access to fresh air.

Get Involved... The Lions Club will be onsite February 17th to answer questions about their Proposed Lakeview Manor Expansion!  We'll be there too... can't wait to hear what you think!
